Rae… can you just reform the whole thing?
It was almost two in the morning. We were on another late-night client call. Somewhere in the middle of fixing yet another issue, they said it. We both laughed, and I wrote the word down after the call. Three years later, it’s still on the front of everything we build.
Rae founded RAEFORM to be the operations partner she wished more organizations had: someone who steps in on the admin, the systems, the brand, and the back end, so founders and directors can stay focused on the mission that brought them there in the first place.
“The businesses that need the most support are usually the ones who have the least of it.”
Started in the freelance space supporting startups and small teams.
Began building systems, workflows, and operations for growing organizations.
Officially founded RAEFORM.
Helping mission-driven teams work better, grow stronger, and focus on impact.
To reform organizations through thoughtful systems, practical operations, and purposeful technology that helps people focus on the work that matters most.
To become the trusted operations partner for nonprofits and growing organizations around the world, where better systems create greater impact.
They’re built by people who communicate well, document everything, stay curious, and help each other succeed.
Read Our Culture Policy →People who made voluntary financial contributions during RAEFORM's earliest stages. Your belief helped lay the foundation.
People who gave their time, skills, advice, introductions, mentoring, testing, design feedback, legal guidance, writing, development, research, and more.
Volunteers, ambassadors, beta testers, collaborators, event supporters, and everyone who continues helping RAEFORM grow.
Whether you want to support, contribute, or just say hello, we’d love to hear from you.
These are the people who believed in RAEFORM before the world knew its name.
The very first person who believed enough to put something behind the idea.
The first to give time, skills, and honest feedback when it mattered most.
The first to show up for the mission, not the paycheck.
The first organization to build something real alongside us.
Still being written.
