This applies to the RAEFORM team, and to anyone using the job board, contact forms, or public parts of byraeform.com.

What we expect

  • Treat clients, applicants, employers, and teammates with basic professional respect.
  • Communicate honestly, even when the update is bad news.
  • Give credit where it's due and take responsibility where it's yours.
  • Keep client and applicant information confidential.
  • Represent RAEFORM and yourself accurately: no fake credentials, fake job postings, or misleading claims.

What's not tolerated

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech directed at anyone on the platform.
  • Discriminatory hiring practices in job postings or the review process.
  • Deceptive job listings or applications.
  • Retaliation against someone for raising a concern in good faith.

Raising a concern

If you experience or witness a violation of this code, whether from the RAEFORM team, an employer, or another user of the site, report it to raeformtoday@gmail.com. We'll look into it and take appropriate action, which can include removing content, suspending an account, or ending an engagement.
