Messages, profiles, job postings, and applications should be professional and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, or personal attacks directed at another user are not tolerated, whether in a message, a public profile, or a job listing.
Don't use messaging, applications, or profile fields to advertise unrelated products or services, run recruiting schemes for pay-to-apply or pyramid-style offers, or bulk-solicit users outside the intent of the feature you're using.
Information you can see through the platform — an applicant's contact details, an employer's hiring notes — is shared for the purpose of that hiring process. Using it for unrelated marketing, reselling it, or sharing it outside the platform without consent isn't allowed.
If you encounter a listing, message, or profile that violates these guidelines, contact raeformtoday@gmail.com with details. We review reports and may edit, unpublish, or remove content, and may suspend or ban accounts for repeated or serious violations.
Violating these guidelines can result in content removal, loss of verified status, account suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on severity. Serious violations (harassment, fraud, discrimination) may be actioned immediately without prior warning.
